DRIVE Elite players are all instructed on team concepts as well as team building. Players will take part in a variety of team events on and off the court. The aim is to provide the best training and competition possible. The purpose of the training center is to further develop our individual & team skills as well as further prepare us for the Spring/Summer Exhibition and Tournament schedule.
The Elite Training Center curriculum will be designed to address specific individual and team areas that need improvement. We will be spending considerable time on our off/def pressure & attack, installing a new DRIVE "Motion" Offense, improving our overall strength & quickness, increasing the overall intensity with which we play. Our goal is to have the best training and competition to improve individually and as a group.
The Elite Training Center will be for U-13, U-14, U-15, U-16 & U-17.
This season we will be adjusting our age groups to allow for those born after Sept.1st to play "down". This will be a group decision between the coaches, parents and players.
This Elite Season DRIVE will also be having Recreational Teams for each age division. Players that are not selected to the Elite Training roster will train at the Development Training Center. The recreational teams will also get game competition in the form of playing other recreational teams from different organizations.

Clayton Crellin - 1st team All-Star at '07 AAA provincials, DRIVE U17 Elite 2007
"DRIVE is the best program I have ever attended. Playing on the U17 team Drive Elite team last summer (that went to Seattle and Vegas) I gained so much experience and it allowed me
opportunities that I would not have had otherwise. Drive has helped me develop my basketball IQ and overall understanding of the game. I would recommend it to anyone who is trying to take their game to the next level."
K.Bradshaw and M.Rohla: Parents of James and Thomas Bradshaw
"They have had the pleasure of experiencing a variety of enthusiastic, excellent coaches each with their own strengths, expertise & love of the game. Coaches Chad & Pasha have both made the extra effort to "get inside their heads" and have used positive motivation to push them to be better, more confident players. The player evaluations have been accurate, inspiring the boys to work hard on parts of their games that need work. Most importantly, the mentorship Drive coaches provide has been invaluable to our sons by inspiring them to be better on the court and in the classroom."
