Kitsilano (Lower Mainlands): Kitsilano heads into the provincials as the #1 team in the province.  The Blue Demons defeated cross-town rivals St. Georges in the finals of the Lower Mainland Tournament.  Senior big man Paul Woodham is playin his best ball of the season while backcourt tandom of Ty Nurse and Niko Cochran has left opposing defences in disarray.  The Blue Demons will look to bring the AAA banner back to the point grey campus and have the necessary tools to do so.

2. Handsworth (North Shore): The Royals captured the Howe Sound final behind the stellar play of Gonzaga bound big man Rob Sacre.   The Royals head into the provincials as the #2 seed where they will face the winner of Magee/Caledonia in the 2nd round.  The North Shore squad is led by the stellar guard play of Quinn Keast and Scott Leigh. The Royals will go as far as their big man will take them, and he's big enough to take the all the way.  2
3. St. Georges (Lower Mainlands): The Saints lost in the finals of the Lower Mainlands to Kitsilano Blue Demons on a last second buzzer beater.  Senior swingman Bol Kong had an outstanding performance in the finals dropping 31 pts in the loss.  Alex Murphy also had another solid performance to go along with big man Chris Mckay.  The Saints are looking to rebound from their last lost while heading into the provincial championships March 7-11th. 1
4. Brookswood (Fraser Valley): The Bobcats are finally starting to hit their stride.  After capturing the Fraser Valley championships the Bobcats are heading into the provincials as the 4th seed.  Big Man Brent Malish was named MVP of the Valley's to go along with 1st team all-star Graham Bath. HM

OakBay (Vancouver Island): Oak Bay comes off capturing the Island championshop.  In the finals of the Island's they defeated GP Vanier by 1. 1st Team all-stars Eliot Rushton and Jeff Cumming led the team to their 2nd straight Island championship.  The Oak Bay Bay's come into the tourney as the #5 seed looking to make some noise.   6
6. GP Vanier (Vancouver Island): GP Vanier fell short of capturing the Island championships, 80-81.  Led by MVP Calvin Westbrook the Towhees are heading into the Agrodome as the 6th seed facing off against WRCA in first round action.    Big Man Nick Adair has come along strong providing the inside presence that GP Vanier needed.  Look for this talented team to make a run at the Provincials March 7-11th at the Agrodome.  5
7. Pinetree (Fraser Valley): The Cinderella team of BC this year would have to be Pinetree.  The Timberwolves knocked off WRCA in the Semis before loosing to Brookswood in the finals finishing 2nd in the always tough Fraser Valley Championships.  Standout forward Aneetan Braich has helped guide Pinetree to their schools 1st trip to the Agrodome.  HM
8. Maple Ridge (Fraser Valley): The Maple Ridge Ramblers are fresh off finishing 3rd at the Fraser Valley's last weekend.  Big Man Jared Casey was named to the 1st team all-star while helping the Ramblers secure a spot the provincials.  HM
9. White Rock Christian (Fraser Valley): The Warriors finished 4th at the Fraser Valley Championships after loosing to Pinetree and Maple Ridge.  Stand-out forward Adam Stewart was named to the 2nd all-star team.  The Warriors will face GP Vanier in the 1st round of the tournament.  On a side note, WRC got swingman Jordan Mara back from earlier in the season.  4
10. Cowichan (Vancouver Island): The Thunderbirds are fresh off knocking out their cross-town rival Claremont in the Semis of the Islands.  Cowichan earned the 3rd and final seed to the Provincials from the Island when they face-off against Maple Ridge.  HM
