He then went on to play at NCAA Division I UMass and NCAA Division I San Jose State. He is currently weighing his options for next season with the University of British Columbia (UBC) among his favorites.)

KYLE WILSON: 2001 BCAA AAA MVP
- WRCA

DRIVE: What is your favorite memory of High School?

KW: My favorite memory from high school ball was winning the AAA
championships my grade 10 season. We were underdogs all year and to win was an incredible feeling. My high school career had a lot of great memories but that feeling tops them all.

DRIVE: Who are some of the best players you've played against?

KW: The best player I have ever played against in a game is probably Emeka
Okafor
, as far as me playing against personally and actually guarding them
myself, I can narrow it down to the 5 best guards I've had to guard...Troy Bell, Ben Gordon, T.J Ford, Will Bynum, Luke Ridnour. I can't narrow it down to just one and that is in no particular order.

DRIVE: What is the main difference between hoops in Canada and the U.S.?

KW: I think the main difference between Canada and U.S is the attitude of the
players. Players seem to have more of a chip on there shoulder and a mind
set of no fear in the states.

DRIVE: What advice would you give young players growing up in B.C.?

KW: The advice I'd give to kids in B.C about ball is that it can open a lot of
doors for you. You can experience a lot of things that you other wise
probably would not experience, basketballs been great to me and if you work
hard on your game it can be a great thing.
