TOP UNDERCLASSMEN: JUNIORS
| Rob Sacre: | 6'11" Center (Handsworth) |
![]() |
Rob is physically unmatched by anyone in BC. With his extremely long wingspan and amazing athletic abilities, Rob is virtually unguardable in the post. Rob is a physical specimen on the court. He has a variety of different post moves but also possesses a solid jumper from 15-17ft. Rob has recently verbally committed to the Gonzaga Bulldogs a NCAA Division 1 perennial powerhouse. Look for Rob to lead the North Shore powerhouse Handsworth Royals back to the provincials. |
| Eliot Rushton: | 6’3’’ Guard (Oak Bay) |
![]() |
Eliot is one of the most talented wings in the province. He is a prolific shooter from the perimeter and is lights out when left open. He’s represented BC the past 2 summers on the U-15 and U-16 provincial teams. Eliot has a variety of different moves out of the triple threat position and his ball handling is constantly improving. He is extremely versatile being able to play both back court positions. Has the work ethic and desire to be a special player. |
| Graham Bath: | 6'5" Forward (Brookswood) |
![]() |
Graham is one of the toughest players in the province. He uses his strength and size to muscle his opponents. He has the ability to face up and knock it down consistently from 15-18 feet. This creates match-up problems because of his presence down low. He’s a fierce competitor, always being the hardest working player on the court. Graham teams up with Brent Malish to form one of the toughest front courts in BC. |
| Dylan Gatner: | 5'11" Point Guard (Pitt Meadows) |
![]() |
Dylan possesses an extremely high basketball IQ. He always seems to make the right pass to the right person at the right time. He’s an unselfish player with a past first mentality. Dylan makes his teammates better, by using his quickness to get by his defender and create opportunities for other players. He can also score when his team needs him too. He’s a true point guard that will look to lead the Marauders back to provincial prominence this year. |
| Denny Dumas: | 6'3" Combo Guard (St. Thomas Moore) |
![]() |
Denny is one the most explosive players in BC regardless of age. He’s a natural scorer who can get by his check anytime he wants with a variety of different breakdown moves. He also has the ability to stroke it from almost anywhere on the court. Denny has one of the top work ethics in the province and is willing to do whatever it takes to elevate his game to the next level. |
| Nathan Yu: | 6'2" Guard (Duchess Park) |
![]() |
Nathan possesses perhaps the best ball handling skills in the province. He plays both guard positions and can break down his defender time after time without hesitation. After getting by his man, he has the ability to either score or dish it off, making him very tough to defend. Nathan looks to lead his Northern Duchess Park squad to the AA Provincials this season. |
| Spencer Fyfe-Wilson: | 6'4" Forward (Ladysmith) |
![]() |
Spencer recently switched to Ladysmith on Vancouver Island for his Junior season. After taking the summer off for personal reasons, Spencer will be one of the most powerful and dominant forwards in the province. His unbelievable jumping ability, along with a much improved outside stroke, allows Fyfe to dominate games easily. With his body and athleticism, could become a big time recruit. |
| Greg Gillies: | 6'5" Forward (Dover Bay) |
![]() |
Greg is one of the most powerful Centers in the province, but also has the footspeed of a guard, creating huge match-up problems for defenders. When he's around the hoop, Greg can always find a way to score, and can also find the open man with the pass. |
| Nick Adair : | 6'6" Forward (GP Vanier) |
![]() |
Nick is an extremely agile big man. He has great hands and can score in multiple ways with his back to the basket. Is still growing and filling out his body. Nick is a solid rebounder for his size using his body to position himself well and collect the boards. He adds size up front to a talented Vanier squad and he pairs up with All-BC 1st teammer Calvin Westbrook to form one of the top inside-out threats in BC. |
| Mac Fairbairn: | 6'4" Wing Forward (Argyle) |
![]() |
Mac is a super-athletic small forward who can score in a variety of ways. A fearless player, make takes it to the hoop as hard as anyone in the province, either resulting in a layup, free throws, or a dunk. Mac also played for the U16 Team this summer, and got lots of playing time at both guard and forward positions. Mac hopes to lead his Argyle squad back to the provincials but will face a tough challenge as they will face cross town rival Handsworth. |
